August 2023 is another month of new features on Instagram. The five updates include new creative tools and most importantly more news for Reels, as from now on all videos under 15 minutes will be shared as Reels and businesses can also boost ads with Reels. All other details are now available on the Callsquare blog!
However, if you are looking for information about updates that have already been announced or released, I’d be happy to help with that. You can also check Instagram’s official website or social media accounts for information about new updates and features.
How to get the new update on Instagram
To get the latest updates for the Instagram app, you can do the following:
- Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) on your device.
- Search for Instagram.
- Tap the “Update” button next to the app if an update is available.
- Wait for the update to download and install.
You should also make sure that your device’s operating system is up to date, as that can also affect whether or not you’re able to receive updates for the Instagram app.
Keep in mind that new updates usually are released gradually and not all users might have access to the update at the same time. So if an update is not yet available for you to download, you may need to wait a bit longer until it becomes available.
It’s good to keep your apps up-to-date in order to take advantage of new features and bugfixes.
How does the new Instagram update work
I’m sorry, I should have mentioned before that I don’t have information about future update on Instagram. Since my knowledge cut off on 2021, I can’t tell you specifically about a new update that haven’t been released yet.
However, Instagram usually releases new updates with new features and improvements to the app. These updates can include things like new tools for editing photos and videos, new ways to interact with other users, and new options for customizing your profile.
Updates may also include bug fixes and performance improvements to make the app run more smoothly.
It’s always a good idea to check the release notes or the Instagram’s official website and social media account to know exactly what is new on the update once it is released.
Also Instagram usually send push notifications or in-app notifications to let users know when a new update is available and what’s new on it.
